Poured to Order

If your selection is not immediately available in stock, we can pour it as ordered. This will not have an impact on shipping times.

Shipping in New Zealand

Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you the tracking details for your parcel and the website link enabling you to follow its progress until delivery. You can expect your parcel to arrive between 3-10 working days.

For local residents of Rotorua, parcel's will be delivered free of charge.

Shipping Internationally

​Our online store is only set up to ship within NZ. If you're overseas and would like to purchase one of Connor's candles, contact us either on facebook.com/candlesbyconnor or at hello@littlebigman.co.nz; Let us know how many you'd like and what your address is and we will calculate the cost of shipping accordingly. We accept overseas payments using PayPal.

Refunds & Exchanges

​We don't give refunds or offer exchanges if you change your mind. In the case where you believe the product is faulty, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to fix the situation if we did something wrong. We want you to enjoy your candle, but if you believe there is a problem, you can contact us in one of three ways:

  • Using the form on the 'contact us' page of this website
  • Messenger button on our home page

Privacy of personal information

We will make sure your privacy is protected.  We will not retain your payment details or pass your information on to any other business or a third party. 

When you submit a request for information, you agree to automatically be added to our mailing list.  We will not spam you with updates but will keep you in the loop of news, product releases, sales and discounts codes. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in our mailing list email or you can contact us directly on hello@littlebigman.co.nz and ask to be removed.
